PHIL SCOLLO - Candidate for U.S. Congress District 10

Picture
Dingman, PA-Pike County resident, Phil Scollo filed his nominating petitions in Harrisburg and is expected to face U.S. Representative Tom Marino in the November general election. No other Democratic candidates have filed.

"For too long we’ve seen a system that is rigged against the little guy," said Scollo. "I'm in this race because we need someone in Washington fighting for the rest of us. Republicans, Independents, and Democrats alike are angry with Washington."

"I'm running for congress to represent the seniors who live on limited Income and the families who are having difficulty making ends meet. The system is not working. We need to fix it.”

Phil Scollo lives in Dingman Township with his wife, Karen, and youngest of their three children. After a long career culminating as a senior executive in the insurance industry, Scollo has operated a management consultancy based in Milford, Pa, since 1998.  A summa cum laude graduate of St. John’s University, he holds a B.S. in Government and Politics.
